About the Role - One paragraph between 80 - 100 wordsAs our Regional Sales Support Manager, you will be responsible to support our SMB sales team to cater to GTF Merchants’ onboarding/offboarding needs, support them with analytics & insights, as well as problem solve their daily issues. On top of that, you will act as the functional support to the District Sales Support Admins to help them find solutions to the problems they’re facing, and when required escalate to GTF SM, Sales Support in HQ to close the issues.

What Will You Do

  • MERCHANT ADMINISTRATIONBe the ultimate point of contact in the region regarding onboarding processes of merchants, acting as internal consultant for all processes relating to onboardingEnsure that the regional sales & sales support teams are updated on requirements pertaining to onboarding new merchants, adding outlets, or changing dataResponsible for audits and quality control to ensure all bulk update processes for merchant data are correct before proceeding with executionResponsible for the overall performance of the region’s sales support admins, focusing on the correct and timely fulfillment of requests coming from the sales team & merchantsSupport the regional team for regional-level projects/initiatives as led by the Regional Sales HeadAble to problem solve a wide variety of issues pertaining to merchant experience in the region (including but not limited to cooperating with various departments within the organization to solve issues, escalate to Sales HQ, and recommend steps to mitigate future risks) in regional levelAssist in business discussions with the regional sales team ensuring key objectives are met and formulate strategies to mitigate risks associated with same
  • TARGET SETTING & ANALYSIS Set target for the sales team at Account Manager (AM) levelMonitor sales team’s OKR achievementMonitor sales team’s overall performance (including campaign performance)Provide dashboard metric of each OKR and performanceProvide insights and give recommendations of areas where sales team can improve their performancePerform basic training/guidance to AMs to extract/read basic business data Provide data needed for AMs to achieve their target for all KRsLiaise with HQ Sales Planning team and other teams (e.g BI) for data source accuracyKeep the regional leadership informed in sales pipeline tracking, onboarding backlogs, and operational issues by cooperating with the internal team in creating special reports; summarizing information; and identifying trends

What Will You Need

  • Holds at least a Bachelor degree from top local university or abroad with GPA >3.2Min. 5-7 years experience in operations / sales operations / management consulting / process improvement, with exposure to team leadership of  1-3 staff members in the past 2 yearExcellent practical level of computer and data processing and presentation software literacy (Google Docs Suite, MS Office Suite, SQL, Tableau), or the ability to quickly learn and use the knowledge theretoGreat communication and understanding skill, able to explain technical terms in simple, understandable mannerExperienced in working with multiple stakeholders from different backgrounds with good level of empathyExcellent written and spoken English and Indonesian skillsExcellent interpersonal skills with proven analytical and effective verbal and written communication abilitiesExcellent ability to quickly grasp concepts, business processes and translating them into a output-based working level document;
