Glints is looking for a Regional Sales Strategy & Operations Senior Specialist whose mission is to build strong data systems, processes, and playbooks for the company’s long-term sustainable growth across different regions; Indonesia, Vietnam, Taiwan, Singapore, Philippines, etc.

You will be joining the Regional Business Operations - Cross Border team, and will have the potential to shape the team’s growth and strategy. You will work directly with our Head of Cross Border Delivery & Regional Business Operations in Singapore. The position will offer significant opportunities for exposure to executive-level decision-making.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Build data dashboards for cross-region business units to analyze their operational metrics in real-time; synthesize business intelligence to provide critical insights
  • Support business unit leads to proactively identify operational problems, then develop and execute systems and processes to solve them
  • Deep-dive into core business processes to understand pain points and implement solutions
  • Support the creation of regional playbooks to ensure consistency and best practice as we scale
  • Support special projects 

Who We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of proven experience in roles such as Sales Operations Associate, Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar roles
  • Self-Starter: Demonstrate a proactive and independent approach to problem-solving, with a keen ability to take initiative and drive results
  • Data Analytics & Visualization Skills: Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills, showcasing the capability to dissect complex issues, analyze large quantities of data, and distilling these into actionable insights & strategic solutions to drive business results
  • People Skills: Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, managing various workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously, and fostering a positive & productive work environment
  • Excel Modeling and PowerPoint Skills: Proficient in crafting compelling presentations and utilizing advanced Excel modeling techniques to support data-driven decision-making
  • SQL and Database Proficiency: Experience working with SQL and database languages to extract, manipulate, and analyze data for deeper insights
  • HubSpot Workflow Expertise: Familiarity with building workflows on HubSpot, demonstrating an understanding of sales automation processes is a huge plus.
