Regional Sales Manager (Internal Only)

Working within our function departments, you would be supporting all of our businesses.

Job Description :

• Design sales programmes and inititives to maximise sales performance in line with the market potential and customer segments in each area of responsibility.
• Set sales targets for CDM and NKA in each Branch under his/her supervision.
• Monitor the implementation of the sales programme in each branch.
• Check and evaluate work reports from team members (CDM, CDE and NKA), including sales forecasts, pipelines and achievements.
• Evaluate all programme results and provide feedback on the analysis.
• Assist with the recruitment, training and mentoring of new salespeople to improve sales capability.
• Work with other departments to implement sales and marketing programmes.

• Min. Bachelor's Degree from any major, prefer Management
• Min. 3 years as Sales Manager
• Proficiency in English
• Have a Sales Skill, Sales Strategy dan Sales Analysis
• Have a Strong leadership, Problem solver and Analytical ability
• Motivated self-starter, comfortable in fast-paced environtment
