RQC has been helping the company to meet its clients’ demands and expectations. Our role is to also help the company finds ways to make the business processes more efficient by using the process improvement tools in order to meet best market standards and improve the customer experience.
As a Regional Quality Control Senior Associate, the person has a crucial role to oversee audit framework and coordinate all process improvements. The person must be able to communicate effectively with a diverse team of our counterparts from all regions and work closely with the relevant stakeholders.
We do need a person with high dedication, honest and hardworking traits where we will make the team member as a partner as well as an important company asset.

Job Description
- Assist the local QC to develop the project plan, milestones and timeline.
- As a facilitator for development and socialization of new and revised SOPs.
- Document audits and other Quality Control activities
- Build a regular communication with the local QC to ensure the initiatives are well implemented and completed in timely manner.
- Proactively in identifying and executing business improvement opportunities.
- Manage various problem solving and analytical driven project.
- Produce accurate and comprehensive improvement report.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from any major. Preferably Industrial Engineer.
- Master’s degree would be beneficial
- Graduate overseas will be a plus
- Six Sigma experience is a plus
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Project Management and or Quality Control
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to engage a cross-functional team towards a desired outcome
- Dynamic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Must be able to travel domestically & internationally
