1. Job Description
• Analyze and assess data and issues related to short video content and creation, then produce reports to support decision-making
• Research and develop short video content creation strategy and understanding to improve overall creation and consumption
• Be responsible for the day-to-day execution and management of the content quality and to manage content risk  
• Collaborate across teams to implement and streamline cross-functional workflow to optimize content creation and consumption in short video
• Provide timely and professional input from user experience perspective to support product development
• Develop dashboard to track the quality of content understanding and systematically identify problematic labelling.
• Design and review operational processes to drive productivity improvements in content management.
• Leadership positions are available for candidates with strong short video industry and relevant product management experience
2. Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Minimum 2 years of related industry experience in short video or e-commerce product operation, content understanding and content creation
• Strong communication skills, well-versed in English (spoken and written)
• Proficiency in Mandarin is an added value to facilitate cross border communications and collaborations
• Have a track record of delivering results in a dynamic environment
• Proactive, and has a strong sense of ownership
• Robust quantitative and qualitative reasoning skills with strong logical, critical and structured thinking abilities
• Open to receiving and giving feedback
• Willing to try new things
