Responsibilities:
- Responsible for support recruitment cycle: from sourcing and screening; docs preparation, Background check Etc
- Build a candidate pool who are potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management and be able to recruit passive candidates and build good recruitment pipeline
- Collaboration with local shools, communities, and government to increase talent attraction and fulfillment
- Work closely with management and employees to improve working relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- BSc in Human Resources Management/ Law or relevant field
- Have a basic understanding of recruitment and human resource
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Detail oriented and ability to manage tasks
