Regional People Partner (HR) - Bali

Regional People Partner responsibilities include supervising local HR teams and implementing company policies. To be successful in this role, you should have a solid understanding of labor regulations and experience as a human resources generalist. This position will be responsible for the Bali region and requires high mobility.

Job Description:

• Fulfill Manpower Planning (MPP) requirements in the branch to support the achievement of branch work targets.
• Process all employee-related administrative tasks in the branch in accordance with applicable regulations, minimizing the risk of irregularities.
• Conduct socialization and implement all People and Culture programs within the assigned branches to support the achievement of Regional People Partner targets.
• Manage and resolve employee relations issues through effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
• Collaborate with management and employees to improve working relationships, boost morale, and enhance productivity and retention.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Law, or a related field
• Proven work experience as a Regional HR or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes
• In-depth knowledge of labor regulations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Preferably have a home based in Bali
