Regional Credit Senior Associate, Ninja Financial Services

This headcount is required to primarily support credit operations which comprises onboarding processes, credit underwriting, credit drawdown approvals, and on-going risk monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Credit risk evaluation of customers' financial standings for credit limit allocations
- Know-your-customer (‘KYC’) documents review and onboarding approval
- Approval on drawdowns of credit limit
- Perform ongoing portfolio monitoring and assessment of the effectiveness of credit risk identification and mitigation
- Support credit management solutions enhancement to digitize new credit models and products
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in finance, accounting, or a related business discipline
- Minimally 4 years of working experience in credit, risk or finance
- Ability to perform identification, analysis, and interpretation of trends or patterns in complex data sets
- Existing experience in performing quantitative analysis and assessment in the financial services industry preferred
- Possess critical thinking skills to assess and make insightful conclusions from credit data points
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English
- Must be able to work independently and as a team to deliver outcome of consistent good quality within stipulated timeline in a dynamic environment
