Job Descriptions
- Driving strategies to improve the regional performance in the assigned region
- Exploring initiatives and opportunities to grow the business
- Providing necessary reports to the Business & Operations Manager and Head of Business & Operations of Brain Academy Business
- Be the subject matter expert with Operations & Sales team in order to drive the business performance of the region
- PnL Holder for ~20 Branches in Jakarta and Banten Area
- Responsible for operational excellence for 15 branches mainly in Jakarta and Banten area
- Drives initiatives to enable sales activities, with close coordination with the sales team
- Working together with Branch Managers to improve user experience and thus satisfaction, from students and parents
- Direct and monitor the academic process in branch (scheduling, quality control, pedagogy, class rating)
- Oversee customer experience (end to end customer journey)
- Assess the competitor’s pricing and sales initiatives
- Fulfill goals and metrics (NPS, Grade Improvement)
Job Requirements
- Have a minimum experience 4-5 years with the Business operations, Product operations and Sales Operations, preferably have an exposure in the Tutoring Business
- Have strong leadership and business acumen
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Detail and customer service oriented.
- Have good knowledge in people management.
