About the Role
They say no man is an island - a notion that holds particularly true for this role. As our Regional CE Associate (Mall Partnership), you’ll be an instrumental cog in the Jabodetabek Consumer Engagement team) wheel of Gojek that directly impacts the company’s (brand awareness and activation). Collaborating with the marketing and regional team, your main objective will be to drive consumer engagement through creating mall partnership (Jakarta and Bodetabek) strategy and plan according to local insight in the region. You will have ample opportunity to flex your analytical and creative skill at the same time, and deep consumer understanding, and skills, and dive deep into projects surrounding looking for growth opportunities by tailoring local insight into partnership strategy, collectively getting us even closer to engaging more consumers.
What You Will Do
- Support RCEM for driving consumer engagement focus areas in terms of Partnership with local Mall which will deliver POI domination, POS merchants branding, and standard package that will deliver Region target completed orders and active users
- Create consumer engagement strategy and plan according to local insight, merchants' branding & POI domination, and HQ-driven initiative amplifications for the region
- Oversee completed order transactions and MTU achievement vs target on regular basis, immediate actions to fill the gap
- Manage regional/local insight generation for idea creation, translating into key actionable initiatives to build relevance with local residences.
What You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree from a top university or any well-known universities from each region) or abroad with GPA > 3.2 or equivalent preferably majoring in Marketing Management or Business
- At least 4 years of working experience in marketing
- Solid experience in partnershipGood understanding of local knowledge & demonstrate excellent in Digital Marketing Campaign
- Able to teach related Consumer Engagement knowledge to all CE team
- Easily adapt to change, shows flexibility, prioritization, organization, and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills with demonstrated interpersonal flexibility and strong team management skills
About the Team
Our Regional Consumer Engagement is a family of 7 people based in (Indonesia, specifically in Jabodetabek region). We oversee all things and act as a center of excellence for partnerships and increasing potential visibility in respective region malls and work to create consumer engagement. It’s our job to ensure that all mall partnership activities run seamlessly. One of the biggest challenges we had to face is to ensure gojek domination is consistent across the Jabodetabek region. We eventually resolved it by doing close coordination with HQ and the regional team. Currently, we’re busy at work on various projects, including one about POI domination, and merchants' branding.
While our team is based all over the region, we’re a tight-knit group who are bonded by two things: consumer and customer🙌. For real - our weekly conversations range from movies and karaoke to celebrating birthdays/moments. But whether you like doing some tiktok challenge :)), we’d be stoked to have you join the fam!
