Ninja Mart is an innovative go-to-market business that connects FMCG brands with storefronts as distribution channels in Vietnam and Malaysia. As our business scales to meet customer demand, we are looking for a Regional Planning Analyst to support the business planning initiativies financially and operationally.
Responsibilities
- Support in constructing key financial models, which includes partnering with cross-functional teams to determine corresponding goals and targets
- Assist in the implementation of business strategy and planning processes, risk, procedures and policies
- Support management in strategic, operational and business planning
- Conduct insightful analysis using internal and external data to underpin business decisions
- Build cross-functional relationships to help solve complex, often ambiguous problems
- Support Business Planning Manager to develop in-depth analysis and recommendations that provide actionable insights, enabling business leaders to drive growth and optimize cost
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from any business discipline
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience in project management role or financial analyst background
- Posses strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and uncertainty
- Attention to detail with a keen eye for creating and analyzing models
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work independently
