This position will be responsible to help drive the growth of Tunaiku’s referral and affiliate ecosystem. In this role, you will be responsible for managing existing referral partners, developing new affiliate channels, and creating strategies to increase lead generation, conversion, and business growth.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Offline Sales, Marketing, CRM, Telemarketing, and Partnership to optimize channel performance, execute activation programs, and improve referral productivity to support customer acquisition targets.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and monitor overall referral & affiliate marketing performance to ensure achievement of monthly volume and paid out targets.
- Expand and increase the number of active referral partners, affiliate channels, and strategic business collaborations.
- Develop and execute activation programs, campaign initiatives, and gimmick strategies to improve active rate, conversion rate, and paid out volume.
- Maintain strong relationships and engagement with existing affiliate marketing partners and referral ecosystems.
- Identify potential partnership opportunities with communities, retail partners, influencers, digital affiliates, and local business networks.
- Monitor referral funnel performance from created leads until paid out and ensure pipeline movement is properly managed.
- Analyze affiliate and referral performance data regularly to identify growth opportunities and optimization strategies.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Operations, CRM, Telemarketing) for campaign execution and conversion improvement.
- Ensure referral incentive and affiliate commission schemes are implemented properly and aligned with company policy.
- Conduct regular field visits and partner engagement activities to strengthen collaboration and business contribution.
- Support acquisition strategy through online and offline referral channels to increase business scalability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree from any major, preferably Marketing, Business, Communication, or related fields.
- Minimum 4 years experience in Referral Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Partnership, Business Development, or Sales Acquisition.
- Having experience in fintech, banking, digital lending, e-commerce, or affiliate ecosystem industries is preferred.
- Strong understanding of referral funnel, affiliate marketing strategy, customer acquisition, and conversion optimization.
- Experienced in handling partnership collaboration and external stakeholder management Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting capability.
- Familiar with digital campaign activation and affiliate performance tracking.
- Able to work with aggressive targets and fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and presentation tools Willing to travel for business purposes if required.
