Job Description:
- Be responsible to plan, execute, and monitor of all hiring program and projects across recruitment function
- Oversee recruitment policy and planning including general recruitment policy & strategy, operational SOP across recruitment teams, liaise with OD and HRBP regarding MPP number alignment and capacity planning, as well as salary benchmarking
- Oversee all recruitment reporting and analytics including recruitment performance analysis, competitive intelligence reports, improving ATS system
- Identify problems within recruitment function and come up with ideas on how to make the process more effective and efficient
- Collaborate with recruitment team leads in regards to their team’s performance and capacity planning
Requirements:
- Has 7+ years experience in recruitment area, preferably in similar industry
- Has at least 3 years experience in people management or lead a team
- Excellent project management skills
- Excellent in building and managing relations all related stakeholders
- Very good in analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong in English both in writing and speaking.
- Able to work in fast paced environment
