- Identified and analyzing job description and specification
- Conduct sourcing, preliminary interviews, interviews, and candidate profiling.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between the hiring manager and candidates
- Tracking effectiveness of attraction and sourcing as well as employer brand strength to improve our hiring process
- Create digital content for employer branding purposes
- Administrative task related to recruitment
- Final year student or fresh graduate from psychology, business or related major
- Having related experience in recruitment will be a plus
- Experienced in managing multiple projects and always strive for excellence
- Highly creative with strong attention to detail
- Eager to learn new things and explore innovative approaches
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suites
- Able to work in the fast-paced environment
- Available for 3 months internship (5 days per week - 8 hours daily)
