- Support the recruitment or hiring process by assisting with test assessments, conducting reference checks, and facilitating background verification processes, etc.
- Collaborate with the HR team on various HR-related tasks and projects.
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including expertise in Vlookup and Pivot tables, is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of human resources and recruitment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices is a plus.
