Recovery Department Head

As Department Head Recovery, you must be able to lead team including agency to achieve amount collected target (loan Write Off) that has been set by company and ensure that all of team member work optimally and based on company’s SOP.

Responsibilities

• Responsible to Recovery Loan Write Off
• Lead team to achieve target that set by company
• Evaluate and close monitoring performance team and agency
• Ensure collection activity based on the company's SOP.
• Build and maintain networking with third party and collection agency
• Coordination with internal Amartha which is relate to collection activity (especially business, regional, area, branch, finance, risk and another support function)

• At least 3 years as supervisor / leader / manager in collection or recovery
• at least hold Diploma degree
• Have strong leadership and excellent integrity
• Have strong understanding with geographic and characteristic some area
• Have excellent communication skill and good in negotiation
• Have strong understanding about collection agency and how to manage them
• Proven ability to lead team
• Have good understanding in legal aspect of collection activity is a plus
