About the Role
As our Recon Operations team, your main objective will be to work with the operations team to handle merchants' transaction data reconciliation with the data within the payment gateway and bank system. You’ll analyze, identify, and verify the number of transactions also the fund received from the bank partner. The differences found will be counted as an issue that needs to be solved with or without communicating to the technical team and bank/partners. Your efforts will directly support our platform integrity and are aimed at the merchant’s trust and perception of Midtrans.
What You Will Do
- Make a reconciliation between the payment gateway and bank/partner transaction data
- Work with banks/partners to resolve transaction status and fund-related issues
- Work with internal technical team to solve transaction issues
- Maintain neat and clear reporting for weekly/monthly transaction reconciliation reports
What You Will Need
- Analytical and high curiosity mindset
- High level of attention to detail
- Adequate understanding of how to appropriately handle sensitive information
- Excel proficiency required (Formula, V/HLookup, Pivot) - macro is a plus
- Excellent communication with internal and external parties
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, Informatics, or related degree
