We’re looking for a Sourcing Lead to join our Ready Talent team, to build a high-performing team to acquire quality talent in Southeast Asia to be matched with international employers, by driving the execution of the acquisitions and nurturing potential leads.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Get quality talent to apply as a Ready Talent in Glints
- Analyze acquisition and nurturing data with the support of business operations to improve the volume of top of the funnels and subsequent conversion rate
- Build a high-performing team by hiring and training individual contributors
