What Will You Do?
As Question Preparation Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Responsible for checking quality image and make sure intern’s image production reached monthly target (±3000 image per month)
- Responsible for helping meeting project objectives, scope, roles and responsibilities, especially achieving team targets - by managing the workflow, training and monitoring new hires and teams, and coordinating with the interns and coordinators
- Responsible for helping to identify problems, provide support, and resolving interns issues and disputes
- Responsible for managing administrative details and problems related to daily jobs by giving efficient and actionable solutions which are beneficial to the process, to seek for progress
- Responsible for managing and liaising with another department - question sourcing, tagging Correctness, STEM, AV, correctness and video production
About You
- Able to utilize google drive, especially google spreadsheet (mastering Vlookup, Hlookup, importrange, pivot table would be much appreciated)
- Have a great attention to detail
- Get used to identifying problems and resolving issues and disputes.
- Able to meet target and tight deadline
- Have experience handling administrative tasks or handling database
- Love to work under minimum supervision and pressures, love to take risks
