Quality Management Intern

The ISO 9001:2015 Documentation and Quality Program/ Quality Management Intern will assist in creating, monitoring, and maintaining ISO 9001:2015 documentation, coordinating quality program, and supporting process optimisation activities. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in quality management systems and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Assist in the creation, updating, and maintenance of ISO 9001:2015 documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and records.
• Support in monitoring the implementation and compliance of quality management system (QMS) documentation.
• Support in coordinating quality activities.
• Participate in process optimization projects to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product or service quality.
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations related to quality performance and improvement initiatives.
• Support training and awareness programs related to the QMS qualifications.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Engineering or any other related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
