Quality Assurance (Non Tech - Partnership Team)

We have a partnership platform that provides inclusive financial services for the grassroots economy through technology and sustainability principles, collaborating with external parties to support MSMEs more above and beyond!

Responsibilities:

• Perform a quality assurance (QA) and post disbursement review on Embedded lending 
• Reporting for internal and external parties overview in a timely and accurate manner
• Ensure and validate credit documentation is administered and centralized
• Review business processes and give recommendations to enhance the process

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in credit and/or credit operation, preferably from start-up/tech company or financial industry
• Good knowledge on Unsecured loan process and policies and business 
• Willing to learn and travel occasionally 
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholders’ management
• Meticulous, critical, strong analytical skills and problem solving
