As quality assurance executive, you will be responsible for assisting in training new employees, and performing spot checks on Ninja Van Outlets around Malaysia. This role requires the candidate to have effective communication and strong interpersonal skills; both amongst teammates and within the organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Training new staff·
- Training existing staff on the ground (with latest operational processes)·
- Assisting in developing and improving Ninja- outlet processes ·
- Assisting in rolling out new processes, and monitoring if they have been rolled out correctly
Requirements:
- Meticulous and structured, in terms of work done and deliverables·
- In-depth understanding of the role the new business will play amongst the other core departments ·
- Professional fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin will be an advantage but not a must)·
- Competency in Microsoft Office Suite·
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree of any field·
- At least 1 years of working experience in logistics or e-commerce industry is preferred for this position
