About the Payfazz Master Agent
The Payfazz Master team is building a distributed network of bank agents in Indonesia to perform financial transactions on behalf of unbanked and underbanked customers, including cash transfers, bill payments, and more. Our mission is to empower SMEs and the rural population with the technology to build Indonesia’s digital economy. Today, tens of thousands of bank agents use Payfazz Master to serve their communities all over Indonesia.
What you'll do
- Review and analyze system specifications
- Create test cases
- Execute test cases and analyze results
- Create logs to document testing phases and defects
- Report bugs and errors to development teams or product team
- Help troubleshoot issue
- Collaborate with QA Automation to explain the scenarios
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
What we are looking for
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similiar role for 2 years
- Experience in project management and QA methodology
- Familiarity with Agile framework and regression /smoke/ sanity testing is a plus
- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
- Working knowledge of test management software (e.g Testrail or others) and SQL is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
- Strong skill
Nice to haves
- Experience/have knowledge in using Testrail or Xray
- Experience using JIRA
- Experience/have knowledge with SQL Query
