About Fazz Agen
The Fazz Agen team is building a distributed network of bank agents in Indonesia to perform financial transactions on behalf of unbanked and underbanked customers, including cash transfers, bill payments, and more. Our mission is to empower SMEs and the rural population with the technology to build Indonesia’s digital economy. Today, tens of thousands of bank agents use Fazz Agen to serve their communities all over Indonesia.
What you'll do
- Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
- Create test cases
- Execute test cases and analyze results
- Design, develop and execute automation scripts
- Create logs to document testing phases and defects
- Report bugs and errors to development teams or product team
- Help troubleshoot issue
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role for 2 years
- Proven experience to do test automation
- Experience in project management and QA methodology
- Familiarity with Agile framework and regression /smoke/ sanity testing
- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
- Working knowledge of test management software (e.g Testrail, Xray) and SQL is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
- Strong skill
Nice to haves
- Experience/have knowledge in using Testrail or Xray
- Experience using JIRA
- Experience/have knowledge with SQL Query
- Experience in financial sector industry
