With their deep product knowledge and test/quality domain expertise, QA Analysts focused on what should be tested.
Descriptions
- Work on building a quality-driven engineering culture that drives improvements in quality and helps ship products rapidly with good confidence
- Drive the quality for a product/feature, assess risks to, and ensure shipping features with a high-quality bar
- Work closely with development teams in instrumenting their workflow to build a comprehensive picture of velocity, coverage, quality, and production health
- Plan, develop and execute test strategy across Ruangguru products and platforms
- Create a test plan
- Run test plan (run the manual test for uncovered test cases or failing test cases on automation test)
- Maintain test cases (including adding or updating test cases)
- Generate test plan results
- Reporting bugs
- Define quality metrics and implement measurements to determine test effectiveness, testing efficiency, and measure the overall quality of the product/project.
- Leads quality assurance efforts that align with product/project objectives
Requirements
- Good and strong at test analysis fundamental
- Hands-on experience with test planning, test designing and test execution
- Experience in performing multiple techniques of testing including exploratory testing, functional testing, and/or story-based testing
- Organizational, coordination, and multi-tasking experience
- Shows creativity and initiative to improve product coverage and effectiveness
- Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders across all levels of the organization
- ISTQB Certified
- Experiences to work with a medium-large team
