About the role: Together with GoToko, as a member of the People Experience team, you’ll be responsible for formulating partnerships across the PX department and business stakeholders. With your help in delivering value-added service and alternatives of solutions which reflect GoToko's objectives to support company achievements(Main objective of the role), we’ll be able to reach our company goals in no time! You may need to come to the office every now and again to finish certain tasks that require physical collaboration, but other than that, you can get creative about your workplace, as long as it’s in Jakarta or Bali!
What you’ll do: - Business Partnership
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
- Provides guidance and recommendation on business unit restructures, workforce planning, talent management, succession planning and compensation benefit based on SME recommendation to match with function needs
- Establish and build strong relationships with employees and managers to deliver appropriate talent solutions. Assist in the development of a comprehensive talent strategy
- Employee Relation
- Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations to manage & resolve complex employee relations issues / challenges to reduce potential risk by assisting with critical incidents, ensuring smooth, professional, sensitive and timely follow-through
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risk and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Project Collaboration
- Capturing trend and metrics in partnership with PX SME to develop solution, programs and policies to provide recommendation align with business needs
- Supports the direction of change and implementation in nation wide level, obtains the commitment of key stakeholders, develops change strategies and sustains change through communications and education
- Lead the initiatives that benefit for the organization through increased collaborative trust, employee engagement, leadership effectiveness, and workforce productivity
- Operations Management
- Measure the effectiveness and monitor the implementation of existing policies and procedures, to make sure the alignment & compliance of the process in day to day PX operation basis
What criteria you’ll need to fulfill: - Minimum Bachelor Degree in any field
- Understanding of Business functions and priorities
- Minimum 7+years experiences in HR
- Candidates with background in manufacturing and logistics industries (especially startups) dealing with sales and operations employees would be highly preferred
