Public Relation Sr Specialist

Your main duties in flying with us:

• To plan and execute all PR activities
• To build and  maintain relationship with key stakeholders: media, community and bloggers
• To work with other departments in order to provide support on PR activities.
• Development of PR / Communication documents include key messages, talking pointers, speech pointers, media release, spokesperson briefing books, standby statements.
• Prepare and execute PR & Media events
• Become the main PIC for media inquiries
• Ensuring clear communication and administrative process of third party vendors
• Manage third party vendors to support PR events and programs execution

Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:

• Having recent working experience as Public Relation/Media Relation/Marcomm for more than three years, from PR - Agency/Tech Company/e-commerce will be advantage, with min. of 6 years’ experience in Public Relations
• Minimum Bachelor degree in PR, communications, journalism or similar relevant field
• Excellent communication both Bahasa and English (speaking & writing)
• Excellent writing skills
• Strong desire to learn and professional driven
• Ability to take initiative and strong analytical thinking, critical thinking, and growth mindset.
• Having experience working with community handling and managing ESG projects
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment, able to work cross-division.
• Should be resourceful, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple projects, work well with all levels of organizations, and deliver within tight deadlines.
