As a fast growing start up, one of our core needs is to achieve exceptional customer engagement via online and offline community and social events, and drive conversion through social media advertisement. As the Community and Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for building and managing social media and community strategies, and learning digital marketing strategies to promote our products.
What you’ll do:
- Social Media Management
- - Online and offline events
- - Drive revenue generation through social media and influencer marketing.
- - Drive content engagement through user-generated content.
- - Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
- - Manage and curate content for our social media channels, including Instagram and Facebook.
- - Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure regular and relevant posts.
- - Create strategies to keep the social media appealing and engaging
- - Monitor and continuously improve social media analytics and provide reports and insights to optimize content and engagement strategies.
- Community Engagement
- - Drive revenue generation through online and offline community events.
- - Plan and execute online and offline community events, including webinars, and offline meets/events
- - Foster a sense of belonging and engagement within our community members.
- - Monitor and respond to community inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Digital Marketing
- - Collaborate with the digital marketing team to learn and implement digital marketing strategies.
- - Assist in creating and optimizing online advertising campaigns.
- - Monitor and analyze website traffic and social media performance.
- - Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and tools.
Who you are:
- You have 2+ years in the social media and digital marketing
- Can-do attitude, willing to go the extra mile to make things happen
- Strong passion for community building and social media management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing conceptsCreative mindset with an eye for design and aesthetics
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
Nice to haves:
- Start up experience or Fintech experience
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations
