Our first brand ''Somethinc'' was founded in 2019, is currently the #1 skincare brand in e-commerce & modern trade with >1M social media followings. Our second brand Glowinc is breaking the boundaries by offering genderless products at affordable prices. Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of creative campaigns from project planning through to delivery
- Lead by demonstrating a clear understanding of brand
- Manage and monitor timelines and deadlines, set realistic expectations; proactively follow up and interrogate delays
- Manage multiple jobs and projects at any one time, all at varying stages and with different requirements
- Booking and scheduling work in meeting rooms/studio
- Liaise with creative, marketing, and production team and ensure all are kept up to date on the progress of their work
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma holder
- At least 5 to 8 years of working experience, preferably at an entertainment brand, advertising, or creative content agency with an emphasis on integrated production including online and offline video, high-impact display takeovers, rich media, D/OOH, on-ground event activations, digital marketing and paid social campaigns.
- Strong prioritization skills, time management skills, and excellent attention to detail
- Resilience and ability to work under pressure
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Expert knowledge of marketing campaigns and workflows, including understanding the creative and production process for both Video, Digital, and Print materials.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and managerial skills that will help the team see and maneuver through capacity issues.
- Proven track record of supporting creative teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of the fundamentals of marketing and media, client management, and team dynamics.
