About the Role
They say no man is an island - a notion that holds particularly true for this role. As our Project Management Specialist, you’ll manage multiple exciting projects & business initiatives across GoMart. From creating overall planning, execution, and monitoring. Your efforts will help us improve GoMart’s service performance and ultimately allow us to provide great services because of the delightful experiences to our customers, merchants and driver-partners.
What You Will Do
- Develop overall project plans for cross-organizational projects, consistent with specific project objectives as defined by project owner and key stakeholders.
- Establish and execute detailed plans to ensure risks are mitigated and opportunities are realized.
- Provide timely tracking and reporting per plan to management.
- Lead and direct all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects from inception through completion.
- Perform as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives.
- Ensure baseline project documents are produced, maintained and available to all parties concerned and effectively used.
What You Will Need
- At least 2 years of experience in Project Management, Business Analyst, or other similar roles
- Ability to work effectively within an ambiguous environment
- An entrepreneurial mentality with a can-do attitude
- Strong critical thinking capabilities in order to lead the team through holistic problem-solving sessions
- Ability to work confidently and comfortable with multiple internal and external stakeholders, gaining their buy-in and ensuring everyone’s on the same page
- Well-versed with negotiation strategies in order to create win-win situations Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power point, Asana
- Understanding of SQL will be a plus
About the Team
Our GoMart Operations team comprises 6 people based in Jakarta (yeah we’re small but definitely mighty). We manage end to end GoMart Operations to ensure GoMart can grow even more. We look after Customer, Merchant, Content, and Driver as well, we are passionate to solve their pain points and deliver the best solution for them.
Aside from ensuring the best experience for all of our stakeholders, we also take time to focus on each other’s personal growth and well-being (mental health is just as important as physical health!). Outside of work, you could probably find us in an intense karaoke session or binge-watching Netflix. We’re also a group of foodies, so any food recommendations are always welcome!
