You Will
- BU Head/COS level alignment -> tied to BU head/COS performance
- Drives project pipeline across business functions
- Business portfolio management -> Facilitate roadmapping /prioritisation of with Business & Product
- Alignment of the product roadmap with Tech PMO for engineering, design resourcing
- end-to-end execution of key business initiatives from ideation to delivery
- Stakeholder/cross functional management across all domains for program deliveries
- Driving of clear program status updates jointly with Product/Tech PMO to all stakeholders
- Management of program artifacts:
- Stakeholders R&R
- Product scope/specs
- Gantt charts/timelines
- Status tracking across all programs
What You Need
- Bachelor degree in any major with 5-10 years experience in managing projects.
- Have extensive skills in project management, business management, program management.
- Possess skills in analytical & problem solving, presentation, negotiation, and leading & developing team.
- Have a great structural & logical thinking.
- Able to associate one idea with another, to find the "big picture" or salient feature.
- Able to do multitasking and agile implementation.
