Our first brand ''Somethinc'' was founded in 2019, is currently the #1 skincare brand in e-commerce & modern trade with >1M social media followings. Our second brand Glowinc is breaking the boundaries by offering genderless products at affordable prices. Our offline/online commerce BeautyHaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.
Job Description:
- Assist in a variety of strategic efforts to support growth objectives while strengthening the business core to develop and maintain a competitive advantage
- Support in analyses that will provide valuable benchmarking as well as timely insights to various departments
- Bringing together crucial pieces of information such as competitor performance, operational performance, markets, etc., from various internal and external sources in order to develop strategic options
- Support in conducting an evaluation of department, business unit-specific, and/or project performance against targets and make necessary adjustments as is necessary
- Assist in relevant data and requirements collection to develop process mapping and business process improvement, performance dashboard, etc.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates with outstanding academic performance
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail
- Strong communicator, both verbally and in written form
- Proficiency in the use of Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, and PowerPoint
- Have high-energy and a proactive nature, have a positive can-do attitude
- Available to join ASAP & willing to commute to the office
