Project Manager Enabler is responsible for executing the sales system within the Enabler eco-system by providing tools, data, information, knowledge, guidelines, and vigilance/compliance across Field Sales' sales channels. This responsibility demands the Sales Planning Manager to be updated and hands-on with day to day sales management practices.
Responsibilities
- Designing, executing, and supporting sales strategies for Ninja Xpress’ growth in Enablers Indonesia
- Mapping and acquiring potential social commerce or online commerce in Enablers eco-system and other sectors requiring Ninja Xpress logistics services and lead and/or manage commercial negotiations
- Manage end-to-end process, from acquire leads to finalizing the partnerships
- As a key contact of all partners and internal stakeholders by collaborating with cross-fuctional departments
- Monitoring the implementation of end-to-end process to ensure smooth onboarding, integration, and safe launch with the agreed flow, timeline, and accepted commercial agreement
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years proven experience in enabler role/commercial social commerce role
- Proven track record of project management experience
- Excellent understanding of sales processes and ideally a background in actual selling
- Hands-on knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (SalesForce) and Business Intelligence systems
- Understand e-commerce industry and social commerce
- Have social commerce network will be an advantage
- Preferably have experience in logistics
