About the Role
As a Project Manager, you will work directly and closely with the Head of GoTo Academy. You are responsible for planning, executing, and ensuring smooth operations of key initiatives under GoTo Academy. As part of the role, you are expected to translate the goals into a project plan and work with internal and external stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes. You are also expected to gather input based on the on the ground experience to help shape the future of GoTo Academy. Given this is a new team, we need someone with entrepreneurial spirit who is willing to try new things, roll their sleeves, and take calculated risks.
What You Will Do
- Plan the execution of key initiatives under GoTo Academy from start to finish including but not limited to authoring the project charter, creating the timeline, and anticipating future risks. Produce cost-effective budgets to achieve action plans.
- Collect relevant information to generate insights and measure the success throughout the project. Provide data driven input to the Head of GoTo Academy to support high quality decision making.
- Ensure tight communication loop for relevant stakeholders through effective written and verbal communication channels
- Team up with external implementation partners to execute the agreed plan and solve arising issues throughout the project
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as: Government Relations, Corporate Affairs, and Learning & Development to achieve shared objectives
- Partner with the Marketing and Comms Team to communicate the impact of the project to the public.
- Document the process and identify key process improvement opportunities for the upcoming project execution.
- Identify tools, technologies, and platforms that reduce manual work while maintaining superior student experience Identify potential collaboration and impact partners that can further support the success of the project
What You Will Need
- At least 3 years of experience in project management
- Demonstrable track record of initiating, planning, executing, and closing projects
- Experience in Learning & Development Space, preferably on the Operations and Platform side
- Demonstrated interest in the people development space is a must
- Proven ability to manage key stakeholders internally and externallyExcellent written & verbal Bahasa Indonesia and English communication skills
- Experience in creating something from scratch, leading new initiative, or building a venture is preferred
