Ruangguru platform has been proven to not only help families reduce the cost for education, but also elevate student outcomes.
Job Description
- Update and report to Program Manager for any new ideas related to curriculum programs
- Organize teaching and learning materials' file directory
- Manage the production of learning kit and students' merchandise for both online and offline programs
- Help Program Managers to develop sample projects and learning journeys
- Assist Special Program Lead in the development of special programs
- Coordinate the scheduling of all program related briefing sessions
- Attend weekly company and division meetings
- Participate in team-building and learning activities
Job Requirements
- Good knowledge in student-centered curriculum and project-based learning.
- Fast learner and have a high attention to details
- Willing to do field work (surveys, procuring learning toys, etc)
- Excellent communication skills, as well as proven interpersonal & organizational skills
- Creative and innovative thinker
- Have good command of passive English
- Ability to execute multiple projects at the same time
- Willing to learn, share, and collaborate with other team member
- Experience with children in an educational setting is a plus
