INDICO is a subsidiary of Telkomsel, Indonesia's leading digital telecom company. INDICO plays a strategic role as a holding company that houses current and prospective vertical digital business portfolios, including Kuncie (edu-tech), Fita (health-tech), and Majamojo (game).
Currently, INDICO starting to develop its business in AgriTech. Moving forward INDICO aims to explore opportunities in multiple verticals adjacent to Telkomsel’s digital businesses. As a digital platform company, INDICO aims to leverage Telkomsel’s digital assets and capabilities to create a flywheel effect of innovations to develop cross-sectoral digital solutions that will empower Indonesia’s digital economy.
What you will do, but not limited to:
- Support the research and analysis of the competitive landscape, customers, product metrics and latest internet trends to identify and fill product gaps.
- Generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth and conversion.
- Ensures delivery of high-quality features that deliver customer benefit and delight.
- Working closely with tech and product team to implement new features and enhancements.
- Engage closely and drive collaboration with cross functional team (sales, finance, operation, design etc.) to deliver a complete product Refine agile methodology based on results and client feedback
- Monitor and report on users’ reactions after launching
- Create support and training documents for internal and external users
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, System Information, Computer Science, Engineering or any related field
- 3-8 year of work experience in Product Management or similar role preferably from Agriculture Industry, candidate from Tech and/or Start-up industry is a plus point
- Experience managing the entire product lifecycle for agricultural industry
- Excellent analytical, decision and problem-solving skills and strong intuitions of user behaviours with data driven.
- Passion in data-driven product development and making the world better through technology Have knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts
- Strong documentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- You’re comfortable with ambiguity and a very quickly changing environment
- Proactive to making things happen and critical in ensuring progress
