We are seeking a Product Researcher (Contract - 3 Months) to support our Digital Commerce & Agritech initiatives. In this role, you will conduct research across multiple projects, providing actionable insights to drive product development, user experience, and business strategy. Given the short contract duration, the key challenge will be balancing speed and depth to maximize research impact. 

You will work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Business Teams to define research needs and deliver insights that improve our products and user experiences. 

What you will do but not limited to:

  • Plan and execute user research (e.g., user interviews, usability testing, surveys) to uncover customer needs, pain points, and behaviors. 
  • Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for innovation. 
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, and Business Teams to shape research objectives and translate findings into recommendations. 
  • Use lean research methods to extract maximum value from limited time and resources. 
  • Present research insights in a structured, actionable format for stakeholders to make informed decisions. 
  • Support product validation by testing and refining early-stage concepts, wireframes, and prototypes. 
  • Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data from multiple sources for a holistic view of user behavior. 
  • 2-4 years of experience in Product Research, UX Research, or a related field. 
  • Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods. 
  • Ability to prioritize research focus across multiple projects with limited time. 
  • Experience working with Product Managers, Designers, and Business Teams in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Excellent storytelling, presentation, and communication skills. 
  • Proficiency with research tools like Typeform, SPSS, or data analytics platforms is a plus. 
  • Experience in digital commerce and agritech industries is preferred. 
  • Willingness and ability to travel for work purposes if needed.
