Who are we?
Amar Bank is one of the most technologically advanced digital banks in Indonesia. Our leadingdigital lending product, Tunaiku has the distinction of being the first FinTech product inIndonesia. We are also the first digital bank on the cloud. As the first profitable digital bank, wemanaged to get listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange.
How did we manage to do that?
We are changing people’s perception of a bank. We believe we are the innovators who combinecustomer focus principles with creating technology-based impact. How did it all start?
Founded on March 15, 1991, in Surabaya as PT Anglomas International Bank (Amin Bank), thebank was acquired by Tolaram Group and transformed to PT Bank Amar Indonesia (Amar Bank)in 2014. It has then undergone a significant digital transformation to become one of thecountry's forerunning fintech institutions through its award-winning digital lending platform,Tunaiku.

Product owner that will handle direct squad and development rituals. Expected to plug & play, manage the loan management system platform with internal squad & external partners. Squad Responsibility will be to analyze and deliver business initiatives to support the growth of Tunaiku and AmarBank. Being proactive to spot the problems and deliver lean solutions to solve them. Never afraid to ask WHY before executing. Mentorship – you will be guided by the best in the industry to help you get started.
Responsibilities:Alignment to company’s vision, objective & key resultWork side by side on Product Strategy & Prioritization together with Risk & Business Owner & Customer Platform Product OwnerHave a vision of the platform development and execute on itProduct Cost Management (Buy or Make Decision, Cost Inform)Manage internal & external IT development team to ensure product delivery according to planMonitor, analyze and report on key system reliability metricDevelop, own and execute based on prioritized business needsGenerate and translate product ideas into detailed requirementsCommunicate with third parties to deliver smooth integration processWorking with an international development team based in EU
Requirements:Min 2 years experienced as PO/Product managerExcellent English oral and written with great listening skillExperience managing operation/internal/core digital banking/fintech/e-commerce systemGreat understanding of Agile methodologiesComfortable working in complex and fast-paced environmentAble to deeply understand the data and make decision based on thatProven track record of delivering data driven solutions with a customer-first mindset.
Bonus point if:Experience with loan management servicesKnowledge of Fraud Prevention and credit scoringKnows Indonesian Banking & Fintech MarketWe exist to innovate and maintain the architecture of Amar Bank's products.
