- Structure and drive strategic initiatives by gathering relevant inputs from OPI tickets and helpdesk JIRA, leading analyses, proposing recommendations to key stakeholders, developing end-to-end plans, and scaling.
- Manage strategic and operational processes cutting across the product organization.
- Identify organizational inefficiencies and define key success metrics and execution plans.
- Foster systematically effective communications throughout the product organization and help drive the product leadership accountability.
- Actively involved in the GTM strategy and roll-out process for new features.
- Manage product operations organization to maintain and improve product availability and reliability.
- Deliver lasting policies, programs, and best practices that significantly increase the effectiveness of the product operations organization.
- 4+ years of experience in a product operations role (including a leadership position).
- Proven track record of working cross-functionally to shape vision, and turning that vision into action.
- Ability to navigate competing priorities in order to find common objectives and forge connections across product groups, functions, and geographies, with expert negotiation skills and comfort in influencing without direct authority.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex issues both in written and verbal communication.
- Passion for developing organizational capabilities at scale.
