Develop a marketing strategy that will help to attract and retain users
Analyze & proposed with guidance on key factors to retain customers, Increase return rate of visitors/users, Increase current customer spending/leads, and Retain customers - increase repurchase rate or repeat customers
Drive the product’s brand strategy and execute PR campaigns for brand awareness.
Execute marketing strategy and optimize it for maximum ROI including and not limited to successfully manage a campaign end-to-end, from the planning, executing, evaluation and being data driven when conducting campaigns
Work with relevant stakeholders on the implementation of marketing efforts for the growth of the business
Monitor the assigned sub-product marketing initiatives to achieve the assigned marketing goals and understand the trade-offs
Drive and manage prioritization of marketing initiatives
Manage the team consist of 5 team members
Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Marketing, Business Management, or any related Majors.
Have 4-5 years experiences in e-commerce, brand management, online marketing, fast moving consumer goods industry, and management consultancy is preferred
Passion in data-driven marketing and creating growth
Good analytical, problem-solving skills, and creative thinking
Proficiency in calculation spreadsheet (Excel, Google Sheet) and presentation program (PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides)
Familiarity with Google Analytics and/or any quantitative dashboard (e.g. DOMO, Tableau)
Self-driven, love challenges, have entrepreneurial spirit and get things done
Excellent communication, passion, dedication and energy
Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with good attention to details
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a rapid changing environment
Solid and strong leadership in challenging and under-pressure situation
