INDICO is a subsidiary of Telkomsel, Indonesia's leading digital telecom company. INDICO plays a strategic role as a holding company that houses current and prospective vertical digital business portfolios, including Kuncie (edu-tech), Fita (health-tech), and Majamojo (game). Moving forward INDICO aims to explore opportunities in multiple verticals adjacent to Telkomsel’s digital businesses. As a digital platform company, INDICO aims to leverage Telkomsel’s digital assets and capabilities to create a flywheel effect of innovations to develop cross-sectoral digital solutions that will empower Indonesia’s digital economy.
You will be the first member of INDICO’s product marketing team who will be mainly responsible in creating the product narratives and ensuring a successful Go-to-Market activity of one of INDICO’s key product. For the success of the product, you will have to be able to:
- Define a new platform category into existing ecosystem.
- Develop a strategy and plan to convert potential users from existing processes and tooling.
- Engender customer validation, loyalty and evangelism.
- Enable growth to hit the targeted business goals.
Your responsibility are but not limited to:
- Work hand in-hand with product and growth team to prepare the product narrative and provide positive feedback to shape up the product during development stage.
- Work hand-in-hand with our market research team to connect market and customer insight, mainly to understand their behavior across the entire buyer’s journey, including their rational and emotional motivations.
- Understanding and directing activities according to the market challenge based on customer and market insight.
- Produce product positioning strategy within the existing ecosystem and prepare the necessary narratives, messaging and actions to achieve it. You need to be able to shape how to current ecosystem thinks about our product.
- Finding a way to get access into people and influencers within ecosystem to propagate good story of our product and become the advocate of the product.
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing Science, Business, Communications or similar field
- Proven experience as a Product Marketing, Brand Manager, Market Analysis or similar role
- Familiar with B2B Product Marketing tactics (e.g. integrated marketing campaigns) and have proven track record/portfolio in developing B2B Marketing from scratch (zero to hero)
- Working knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends)
- Excellent communication skills, a creative story-teller and can create a compelling presentations that communicate clearly
- Analytical mind and strong quantitative skills
- Highly adaptable in a dynamic fast-paced environment and can quickly grasp different sales processes and how best to partner with sales on scaling winning formulas
