Job Description:
- Contribute to product strategy and OKRs, prioritize initiatives based on company goals.
- Own and drive product and feature roadmap to fruition, reiterate product plans and ensure informed resolutions using data and user feedback.
- Engage cross-functionally with engineering, design, data and other teams to ship features and product improvements.
- Be a customer advocate, articulate their needs and deliver user-friendly solutions that solve their problems
- Lead effective cadence for communication and alignment, incorporate feedback into product plans.
Requirements
- Work experience min 2 years in related field.
- Work experience in startup fintech / neobank preferred.
- Able to do design thinking, divergent and convergent solution.
- Know the scrum methodology.
- Enthusiast in technology.
- Enthusiast in human behavior.
- Able to do desk research.
- Good communication in English and Indonesia.
- People person.
