What we are expecting from the role...
Drive Product Discovery
- Create, own, and execute a product roadmap aligned with the long term product strategy
- Provide insights into product, service, technology and market trends
- Drive OKRs to ensure product validation and market fit
Execute with excellence
- Effectively prioritize and define product features so that Engineering and Design can collaboratively build and execute
- Drive product requirements, design, engineering resourcing for the continuous delivery of new features and enhancements
- Develop trusted relationships with cross-department leaders and stakeholders to drive optimized product delivery
Be the voice of the Customer
- Be the primary point of contact for users and customers
- Share insights from understanding of user personas, pain points & customer journeys
Desired Experience
- 2-3 years experience in product management
- Demonstrated experience with creating product on B2B Learning Management System
- Strong knowledge in service design blueprint would be a plus
- Strong data analysis skills and problem-solving aptitude
- Experienced in running experimentation (i.e A/B test, multivariate testing)
- Capable of synthesizing data from various feedback sources in order to inform decisions in prioritizing and designing product features
- Strong background in agile & lean methodologies
- The ability to ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information
- A diligent attention to detail and strong technical intuition
- Ability to manage time and schedules in a dynamic environment and influence through persuasive written and verbal communication
- Experience in EdTech would be a plus
