Your main duties in flying with us:
- Facilitate, manage and prioritize a robust product backlog and roadmap.
- Work closely with engineers, designers and other PMs on developing new features/specs and driving execution.
- Analyze feature/experiment results and communicate learnings to the team and the company.
- Synthesize insights by analyzing data to help build more personalized and better product features.
- Work closely with internal business, operations and partnerships teams in launching and maintaining features that impact Tiket’s growth.
- Drive market and usability research to understand opportunities and develop strategy.
Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:
- Passion for a product management role with at least 7 years of experience as a product manager and has exposed to lead a team
- A “can do” spirit combined with high energies, drive, and a positive attitude
- Good problem-solving skills
- Excellent and effective interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal and listening)
- Ability to drive people
- Self-starter who doesn't hesitate to proactively approach in order to learn fast
- Skilled at working with cross-functional groups to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Tech-savvy which loves to stay on top of industry trends
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computing Science, Engineering, or related field is a must
- Experience in tech start-ups, large tech companies and/or top consulting firms is an asset
- Experience in the OTA or travel-related industry is an asset.
