Job Description:
As a KYC Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the data quality assurance process for our Know Your Customer (KYC) initiatives. This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy and completeness of customer information, which is vital for legal, compliance, internal risk control, and data integrity purposes.
Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement data quality assurance strategies and methodologies for KYC-related data.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, compliance, legal, and risk management, to ensure proper execution and alignment of KYC data quality initiatives.
  3. Monitor and analyze KYC data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
  4. Implement data cleansing and validation processes to enhance the accuracy and reliability of KYC data.
  5. Establish performance metrics and KPIs to measure and track data quality and related processes.
  6. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the status of KYC data quality initiatives.
  7. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and industry best practices.
  8. Develop and deliver training materials and workshops to enhance the understanding and adoption of KYC data quality standards across the organization.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
  2. At least 2 years of experience as a Data Product Manager or in a similar role focused on data quality assurance.
  3. Previous experience with KYC-related processes and regulations is highly preferred.
  4. Strong understanding of data management principles, data quality methodologies, and best practices.
  5. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with various stakeholders.
  6. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, or other data analytics platforms.
  7. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
