Ruangguru platform has been proven to not only help families reduce the cost for education, but also elevate student outcomes.
- Drive end-to-end Product Creation process, either improvements on existing products or launching new products:
- Lead ideation, design sprints, market/customer/product researches, product iterations, stakeholder management
- Collaborate closely within a cross-functional team – UI/UX, Tech/Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Content, Finance, Legal, etc
- Create comprehensive product definition documents (user stories, product requirements, etc
- Contribute to refinement or establishment of KPIs and product metrics
- Define the Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Provide leadership to the next generation of outstanding talents
- Ultimately, take the initiative to develop innovative solutions to some of Indonesia (& the world’s) most difficult challenges in Education and turn great ideas into compelling products that can be hyper-scaled
Requirements
- Must-Have
- You have experience optimizing and scaling Products
- You love working on “impossible” problems and crazy challenges, and you love solving them together with a bunch of passionate, curious people on a team that values bold ideas and attention to detail
- You have a bachelor’s degree (S1) from reputable schools
- You embody the values of ruangguru’s C.H.I.E.F culture (https://career.ruangguru.com/our-values)
- - Bonus points
- You have been a key driver / contributor to 10x calling of digital product(s)
- You have basic understanding on software development / design / analytics
- You have experience presenting to & influencing C-level / management team
- You have an education in the STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) or Design fields
- You have worked at top-tier Technology companies and/or Startups
- You have international work experience, especially across South East Asia
