Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior/Product Manager to join our ATOME BNPL (Buy Now Pay Later) team. As the Senior/Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our BNPL product offerings. Your primary focus will be on conducting in-depth analysis and leveraging data-driven insights to inform product strategy and optimize the customer experience. Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape within the BNPL industry.
- Utilise data-driven insights and analytics to develop and refine product feature to optimise customer acquisition, conversion, and retention..
- Drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation and concept validation to product launch and post-launch performance analysis.
- Gather and synthesise feedback from customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to continuously iterate and enhance product offerings.
- Partner with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and seamless user experiences that align with customer needs and expectations.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure product offerings adhere to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities for innovation and product differentiation.
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers, providing guidance and fostering a culture of excellence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in the fintech or payments industry, with a strong emphasis on Buy Now, Pay Later services.
- Extensive experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, and data-driven insights to inform product strategy and decision-making.
- Solid understanding of financial and risk management principles related to BNPL products.
- Proficient in leveraging analytics tools and data visualization techniques to extract actionable insights from complex data sets.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into strategic product initiatives.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with agile product development methodologies and tools.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements in the financial services industry is preferred.
