Responsibilities:

1. Act as a specialist for the product. Own short videos products end to end - understand the user journey, design and plan feature builds, lead implementation, managing CxO level stakeholders, and co-create tech solutions
2. Design experiments to iterate and develop new and existing features
3. Identify product opportunities, define product problems and drive product solutions
4. Use data to understand customer behavior and performance of features, and be data-driven in estimating the size of impact and determining prioritisation
5. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders from product, engineering, design, data, and operation teams to bring ideas to life

Requirements:

1. Bachelor or Master Degree from a reputable University with outstanding academic achievement
2. 3+ years of experience in product management. Domain knowledge and experience in short video products are highly desirable.
3. Have a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
4. Result-oriented, self-starting, and has a strong sense of ownership
5. Robust quantitative and qualitative reasoning skills with strong logical and critical thinking abilities
6. Outstanding design thinking, significant creativity, good business sense, and strategies.
7. Adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity.
8. Open to receiving and giving feedback.
9. Willing to try new things
10. Proficiency in English to facilitate cross border discussions and collaborations
