GTF Design is looking for a Product Designer in the Insurance team. Join us on an adventure of designing for insurance products in Indonesia (and the greater Southeast Asian region). We also work to improve the user experience by product innovation and integration with the rest of the GTF ecosystem. We're offering a playground to experiment and ship exceptional solutions to a diverse set of problems. You'll be working with PMs, Engineers, Researchers to define the roadmap, goals, and vision of how to build the best growth tools for our customers. Your designs will directly impact millions of users daily.
What You Will Do
- Work with UX researchers to identify users’ needs and understand how users consume and navigate their way through the app
- Define the product briefs together with stakeholders, get buy-in of your design, and be able to present the ideas/solution to the team
- Plan and design wireframe/flow for the project/feature you are working on
- Come up with ways to validate the design, and collaborate with the Research and Insight team to execute it
- Collaborate and coordinate with Interaction designers, copywriters, creative, business, stakeholders and engineering to deliver user-centric solutions
- Measure and iterate on your developed product once it’s live based on product OKRs
- Proactively seek/give feedback from other stakeholders to make sure concepts are meeting the intended project goal
- Mentor junior designers to help other designers work efficiently and participate actively in the hiring process
What You Will Need
- At least 3 years of experience in the product design industry ideally working on customer-facing products
- Familiar with data and can identify problem areas, find out the root cause of an issue, furtherly map out the user journey and break these problems into smaller chunks
- Deep empathy and interest in keeping your customers point of view in the forefront, constantly validate your design either through quantitative or qualitative research
- Use basic analytics tools to gather customer data (funnel)
- Possess a good knowledge of design fundamentals such as design thinking framework and other framework in order to develop products
- Able to sketch the ideas into a wireframes, learn how to make wireflow and do wireframing for well defined features
- Ability to learn quickly, teach yourself new skills, and thrive within a complex, fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills, project management, collaborative teamwork with wide range of stakeholders
- Fluency in the latest product design trends, tools, and technology across platforms (iOS and Android)
