Your main duties in flying with us:

• Work closely with the product and/or business team to sharpen product visions and requirements that focus on the user’s needs
• Collaborate with researchers to plan and conduct research in order to gather insights or validate hypotheses and design solutions
• Collaborate with UX writers to ensure the best quality of content and interface and are aligned with the design system
• Interpret both quantitative and qualitative data as parameters to be documented on the design decisions
• Translate product’s vision and requirements into meaningful end-to-end experiences
• Showcase design works to design stakeholders
• Create pixel-perfect design implementation

Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:

• Have 1-2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer, including full-time roles or internships
• Have a good design craft (Desk research, Design theory, Wireframe and IA, Layout and composition, Icon and Illustration, Prototyping, User-flow, typography, color, user research, etc) and actively applying their skill to solving creative challenge
• Communicates with peers effectively and in a timely manner.
• Good at listening to and following through on feedback.
• Ability to collaborate with other designer in the team
• Able to deliver projects, working individually or in a pair.
• Able to identify and communicate problems and process within the team
• Understands impact of their work on design team and goals.
